What we collect

When you use our tool or submit a lead form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and the answers you provide in the questionnaire. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to improve our service.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Generate your personalised results
• Share your details with up to 3 certified installers so they can contact you with a quote
• Send you marketing communications (only if you opt in)
• Improve our service through anonymised analytics

Who we share it with

We share your contact details and questionnaire summary with up to 3 MCS-certified installer partners so they can provide you with quotes. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use PostHog for analytics to understand how people use our site. This data is anonymised and used only to improve the service. You can opt out of analytics tracking in your browser settings.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). We retain lead data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless you have an ongoing relationship with one of our installer partners.

Your rights

Marketing

We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt in via the checkbox on the lead form. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email, or by contacting us.
